While we use our expertise to maximize the likelihood of recovering your assets, we cannot guarantee that any claim will be approved or that a specific amount will be recovered. Final decisions are made by the asset-holding agency.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claim Bridge Financial will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. If termination occurs after the recovery process has been completed but before payment is made to you, our agreed-upon fee will still apply.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Claim Bridge Financial and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without our written permission.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
